OUR CULTURE
We are committed to creating a safe, caring and supportive environment that enables and inspires our players to achieve more than they ever thought possible. We are a family. We are result aware, but more importantly, process driven. We focus on more than just hockey and prioritize the development of the whole individual - mentally, physically, and socially. We strive to develop life skills and future female leaders. Ultimately, we develop champions for life.
THE PILLARS
Our Program is built on the following four Pillars:
The Rush Way - a clear set of standards that we all rise to achieve
Academic Achievement - we prioritize and support academic achievement for all of our players
Leadership and Citizenship Development - developing tomorrow's female leaders today
The Whole Person - going beyond hockey to accelerate the mental, physical and social development of each player
